The Ponca Community Educational Foundation (PCEF) Staff Special Use Grant program supports Ponca Public School staff by providing funding for projects, resources, or opportunities that enhance learning, school programs, or the educational environment.

Who May Apply

• All Ponca Public School staff members are eligible to apply.

• Grants may support classroom needs, program development, innovative projects, or other special educational uses.

• Special Use Application for all staff

• Please make sure to submit your application with all supporting documentation such as where we can order the materials, etc. 

• Emailing your application is accepted!

How to Submit

Submit applications and all supporting documentation to Quinn Wragge in the Ponca High School Guidance Office or via email.

Deadline:

• Applications must be received by 4:00 p.m. on the deadline of the award year.

• Paper copies or emailed submissions must arrive by the deadline to be considered.
