Submit applications and all supporting documentation to Ms. Quinn Wragge in the Ponca High School Guidance Office or via E-mail. The deadline for submission is February 28th of the award year.  Paper copies or emailed copies must be received by the Ponca High School guidance department by 4:00 PM that day.
